Quality and format notes
The same flattened composite as the PNG export, encoded as JPG at a quality you choose — the practical pick for email previews and forms where PNG is too heavy.
Transparent areas flatten onto white. Keep the PSD as the working master; the JPG is a delivery copy you can regenerate any time.
Frequently asked questions
PSD to PNG or PSD to JPG?
PNG for pixel-exact results and transparency; JPG for much smaller files. Both flatten the composite the same way.
Why is my transparent background white?
JPG cannot store transparency, so it flattens onto white. Use the PSD to PNG page when the background must stay transparent.
Which quality should I choose?
80–90 suits most previews. Since the PSD remains your master, you can always re-export at a different quality.
