Quality and format notes
The composite view of the PSD — the file as it looks flattened — becomes a pixel-exact PNG. Right for sharing designs and previews from Photoshop files without Adobe software.
Layers flatten into one image: individual layers are not exported and text becomes pixels. Complex blend modes may render slightly differently than in Photoshop.
Frequently asked questions
Do layers survive the conversion?
No. The result is the flattened composite — what you see with all layers visible. Export layers separately from Photoshop if you need them individually.
What happens to text layers?
They render as pixels in the composite. Editable text requires the original PSD in an editor.
Will it look exactly like in Photoshop?
Very close. Most files match; exotic blend modes and adjustment layers can differ by a small amount. Check one file before batch exporting.
